A panel of law firm managing partners, including general counsel and senior in-house counsel, will focus on women's initiatives in a Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) seminar titled First Women in the Profession Summit.
Charisse Lillie, Comcast Corporation and Comcast Cable, will be the keynote speaker.
The program will be held at the CLE Conference Center, Suite 1010, Philadelphia, from noon until 5 p.m. on Wednesday, June 18.
Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions of a panel of law firm managing partners and experienced and highly skilled counsel, and to discuss such topics as defining diversity and inclusion, how to develop successful recruiting and retention programs and tips for establishing a framework to support strategies for working to improve diversity in the profession.
