The WolfInstitute has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Harassment, EEO and Other Investigations.
The program will take place on Thursday, December 6 from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the WolfInstitute Training Center, 250 Park Avenue, New York City.
Discussion topics will include: documenting the initial complaint; determining whether there is a duty to investigate when an employee implores you not to and how to document that decision; who should investigate and how to document what the complainant, accused and witness tell you; standard questions to ask the complainant, accused and witnesses; common questions that are misinterpreted and how to reframe them; documenting the basis for the employer's conclusions; making and documenting credibility findings; corrective actions without admission of liability, and follow-up to prevent/remedy retaliation.
