The Washington State Bar Association is presenting a seminar on Friday, February 6 in Seattle titled Practicing Law in the Electronic Era. The program will begin at 8:25 a.m. and adjourn at 4:15 p.m.
This seminar will discuss a variety of ways lawyers can use technology to their advantage, as well as illustrate potential pitfalls and liability issues and provide tips for attorneys to improve the use of technology in their practice.
The program will also offer opportunities for hands-on learning with an audience participation workshop that will explore a cutting-edge electronic evidence issue.
Chairing the course will be Gregory D. Shelton, Williams Kastner PLLC.
