On Tuesday, September 14, Current Trends and Issues in Antitrust Litigation 2010 will be presented by PLI, which will bring together the latest developments in cutting edge areas of antitrust litigation from leading practitioners at law firms and companies and from the judiciary.
The seminar will run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the PLI California Center, 685 Market Street in San Francisco.
Among the faculty are I. Neel Chatterjee, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP; Elaine F. Foreman, senior director, Legal Services, Antitrust and WW Channels, Cisco Systems, Inc.; and Heather S. Tewksbury, U.S. Dept. of Justice. They will discuss issues that are important for lawyers who practice antitrust litigation or provide antitrust counseling and lawyers who practice intellectual property litigation with potential antitrust implications. Topics include Getting the Most from e-Discovery while Managing Costs; Current Issues in Class Certification Law; Current Issues in Intellectual Property and Antitrust; and two panel discussions - Litigation in Multiple Forums: Civil and Criminal Cases, and Effective Trial Presentation of Antitrust Issues.
