On Friday, May 7 the Tennessee Bar Association will present Third-Party Legal Opinion Practice at the Tennessee Bar Association, 221 4th Avenue North in Nashville, Tennessee.
It will run from 1:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m.
This timely program offers participants a basic discussion of third-party opinions and the development of customs and practice in the delivery and receipt of third-party opinions. The panel will address significant national opinion reports and their relevance to Tennessee practitioners.
The panel will also discuss the 2010 Tennessee Bar Association report on third-party closing opinions known as the "Tennessee Report."
Among the panelists is Pete Ezell of Baker, Donalson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C. Other panelists will be announced.
