A video replay of the North Carolina Bar Association's seminar Representing White Collar Defendants will take place on Friday, June 6 beginning at 9 a.m. The program will be hosted at Fayetteville Technical Community College, 2723 Fort Bragg Road, Fayetteville.
The seminar will provide hands-on strategies for representing individuals and businesses from pre-indictment and grand jury issues through sentencing. Prosecutorial perspectives, sentencing guidelines and a trial issues roundtable will be featured.
