Stradling Advises AppFolio in its $60 Million Acquisition of Dynasty Marketplace

Stradling served as legal advisor to Santa Barbara-based AppFolio, Inc. (NASDAQ: APPF), a provider of cloud-based software solutions for the property management and legal industries, in connection with its acquisition of Dynasty Marketplace, Inc., an advanced artificial intelligence technology provider for the real estate market, for a purchase price of $60 Million, subject to adjustments. The acquisition will help further develop and strengthen AppFolio’s AI products and services targeted at the real estate vertical market. The deal team representing AppFolio included Stradling co-founder Craig Carlson and shareholder Jason Lee.
