The State Bar of Texas is planning video replays of its 16th Annual Advanced Employment Law Course.
Programs are scheduled for Thursday and Friday, February 28 and 29 at the Norris Conference Center, Austin, TX, and on Thursday and Friday, March 6 and 7 at the Cityplace Conference Center, Dallas. Sessions run from 8:15 a.m. to 5:20 p.m. on day one and from 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. on day two.
Discussion topics include: Recent Developments Under the National Labor Relations Act; Confluence of Labor & Criminal Law (SOX); E-Discovery; Employment Issues Facing Immigrant and Low Wage Workers; Title VII Discrimination Update;ADA Update; FMLA Update; ADEA Update; Senior executive Agreements; Arbitration/ADR, and Troublesome Ethical Issues.
