On Thursday, May 20, the Association of Corporate Counsel in Southwest Ohio will examine E-Discovery in the Sophomore Year.
The program is co-sponsored by Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP and Fios, Inc. It will be held at the Taft Center, 425 Walnut Street in Cincinnati, and will begin at noon and adjourn at 4:30 p.m.
A luncheon and welcome remarks by Edward D. Diller, partner-in-charge of Taft Cincinnati, will be followed by a presentation on white collar criminal defense with updates by Ralph W. Kohnen, Taft white collar group leader and partner.
The second topic on the agenda will examine selling e-discovery to your management, presented by Dennis R. Kiker, director of professional services of Fios, Inc., and the final section will discuss e-discovery case law and be presented by J. Steven Justice, a partner at Taft.
