On Thursday, February 18, the Bar Association of San Francisco will present its first in the Meet the Enforcers program of 2010.
The lunch and program will run from noon to 1:30 p.m.
Meet the Enforcers brings together leaders from the United States DOJ, the Federal Trade Commission, and the California Department of Justice for a briefing on the priorities and activities of the federal, state and local offices actively engaged in antitrust and unfair business practices prosecution in California.
Stuart Plunkett, antitrust section chair, Morrison & Foerster LLP, will moderate the discussion with speakers Phillip Warren, chief, San Francisco Field Office, U.S. DOJ, Antitrust Division; Jeffrey Klurfeld, regional director, Federal Trade Commission, Western Region; and Kathleen Foote, senior assistant attorney general, CA Department of Justice, Antitrust Law Section.
