The Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) will present a CLE seminar titled Ethics & Environmental Law 2008; Update and Developing Trends.
The program will take place on Tuesday, January 29 from noon to 1:45 p.m. at the BASF Conference Center, 301 Battery Street, San Francisco. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m.
Discussion topics will include: advance conflicts waivers; positional conflicts; counselor-litigator conflicts, and State Bar's new focus on conflicts.
The program moderator will be James R. Arnold, The Arnold Law Practice. Other speakers will be Pamela Phillips, Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk & Rabkin, PC, and Brian S. Haughton, Borg, Coffin, Lewis & Trapp.
