Seminar Will Explore Criminal Law In An Administrative Law Setting

The State Bar of Arizona is offering a CLE seminar titled The Intersection of Criminal and Administrative Law, a session aimed at attorneys who represent licensed professionals before regulatory agencies.

The program will take place on Thursday, February 21 from 9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. at the Wells Fargo Conference Center, 1000 West Washington Street, Phoenix.

Among the discussion topics will be: Exploring and Analyzing the Overlap of Criminal and Administrative Law: Due Process, Disclosure, Discovery; Criminal Legal Terms: Admissions, Plea Agreements, Consent Agreements; Public Records Law: Unique Applications; Self-Reporting Obligations of Arrests and Convictions, Constitutional Issues of A.R.S. 32-3208; Discussion of Case Law including Ditsworth, Winters and Beren, and Polygraph Testing: Its Use and Admissibility.
