The University of Houston Law Foundation is sponsoring a two-day CLE seminar titled Litigation and Trial Tactics.
The program will take place on Thursday and Friday, May 8 and 9 at the Cityplace Conference Center, 2711 North Haskell, Dallas. Sessions run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on day one and 8:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. on day two.
This comprehensive course is designed for attorneys in all areas of civil practice. It will provide instruction on a variety of pre- and post-trial issues as well as strategic trial techniques used by accomplished litigators. Discussion topics will include electronic evidence, TROs and injunctions, expert and fact witness preparation and examination, cross-examination strategies, summary judgment and other pretrial motions, dealing with bad facts, demonstrative evidence, the charge conference and court's charge and final arguments.
