Doing What Comes Naturally: How Personality Can Influence Job Performance and Job Success in the Field of Law is the title of a CLE seminar planned by the New York County Lawyers' Association.
The program will take place on Wednesday, January 30 from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at the NYCLA Home of Law, 14 Vesey Street, New York City.
During the program, each individual will complete a self-scoring MBTI personality inventory and discover his or her unique four-trait personality type. Attendees will also explore how their personality type influences their work behavior, as well as discover strategies to resolve difficult work situations. Further, they will learn how to constructively make use of individual differences by appreciating why people do things differently.
The program moderator is Bari Chase, director, NYCLA CLE Institute.
