The New York County Lawyers' Association has planned a seminar titled Litigation Implications of the Subprime Mortgage Crisis to take place on Tuesday, October 28 from 6 to 9 p.m. at 14 Vesey Street, NYC.
The faculty will be Gregory Ballard, Howrey & Simon; William Fenrich, Davis Polk & Wardwell; Myron Glucksman, former managing director, Citibank and currently industry expert with the Analysis Group; William A. Maher, Wollmuth Maher & Deutsch LLP.
An update on pending and threatened litigation arising from the subprime mortgage crisis will be offered as well as a discussion of the range of issues involved and the lessons to be learned.
