The State Bar of Georgia is planning a CLE seminar titled Negotiated Corporate Acquisitions.
The program will take place on Thursday, January 10 from 8:55 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Marriott Century Center Hotel, 2000 Century Boulevard, NW, Atlanta.
Panelists will address issues such as: Acquisition Basics; Role of Counsel; Acquisition of the Privately Held Company - Negotiating and Drafting the Letter of Intent and the Stock Purchase Agreement; Private Equity; Acquisition of the Troubled or Bankrupt Company; Special Consideration in Issuing Public Company Stock, and Acquisition of the Public Company.
