The Los Angeles County Bar has scheduled its 42nd Annual Securities Regulation Seminar for Friday, October 30, from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel, 506 Grand Avenue in Los Angeles.
Top Washington and regional SEC officials together with representatives of other regulatory agencies and leading private practitioners will present a comprehensive review of current events and developments in the securities field. This seminar will provide an overview of judicial, regulatory, and enforcement developments as well as recent trends in the public and private offerings of securities, mergers and acquisitions, as well as others matters important to business and corporate lawyers.
