The Bar Association has scheduled a program titled Revisions to Federal and Local Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure.
The session, which includes lunch, will be held on Thursday, June 26 from noon until 1:30 p.m. at the BASF Conference Center, 301 Battery Street in San Francisco.
Lawyers will learn about recent changes to the federal bankruptcy procedure and to the Local Bankruptcy Rules.The featured speakers are the Hon. Dennis Montali, United States Bankruptcy judge, and Heather A. Cutler, Macdonald & Associates.
