The State Bar Association of San Francisco will present recent decisions regarding employment law at an upcoming seminar titled 2007-2008 Supreme Court Review: Employment Law.
The lunch and program will be held at the BASF Conference Center, 301 Battery Street, San Francisco on Tuesday, June 24 from noon until 1 p.m., with registration at 11:30 a.m.
Participants will be informed of the many recent cases that have been heard by the Supreme Court and the implications of these decisions for those who practice labor and employment law. The presenter, Paul W. Cane Jr. of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, will describe his personal experience representing the defense in Sprint v. Mendelsohn.
