The San Francisco Bar Association will present a brown bag lunch CLE seminar titled Corporate Executives on Trial on Thursday, September 18, from noon to 1:30 p.m.
The seminar will be held at the BASF Conference Center at 301 Battery Street in San Francisco.
A panel of speakers will discuss the challenges facing wealthy corporate executives on trial for white collar crimes and will offer advice on such topics as jury selection and strategy.
Michael A. Zwibelman of Brune & Richard LLP will moderate the discussion. The speakers will be Joseph P. Russoniello, U.S. Attorney; Jan N. Little, Keker & Van Nest LLP; Michael J. Shepard, Heller Ehrman LLP; Joseph A. Grundfest, professor, Stanford Law School; and the Hon. Jeremy Fogel, U.S. District Court.
