The Bar Association of San Francisco is planning a CLE seminar titled Outsourcing Business Functions in the U.S. and Overseas: Current Trends.
The program is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the BASF Conference Center, 301 Battery Street, San Francisco. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m.
Among the discussion topics will be: areas of outsourcing - IT, finance and accounting, human resources, real estate and facilities, business processes, and telecommunications; current trends - sole sourcing v. multi-sourcing, best in breed, off-shoring, near-shoring and on-shoring, and major issues in negotiating and living with outsource agreements.
Speakers will be Lisa Earl and Michael Murphy, Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP.
