On Thursday, January 20, the Bar Association of San Francisco will discuss The Law Governing Lawyers 2010 - 2011: The Year in Review at the BASF Conference Center, 301 Battery Street in San Francisco.
The lunch and program will run from noon to 1:30 p.m.
Mark L. Tuft, a partner at Cooper, White & Cooper LLP, will survey the important developments in the law governing lawyers and highlight recent cases, ethics opinions, and issues of professional responsibility, including conflicts of interest, the attorney-client privilege, legal malpractice, liability to third parties, proposed changes to the rules of professional conduct and more.
