Join PLI on Thursday, October 8, for a seminar titled Managing Complex Federal Litigation: A Practical Guide to New Developments, Procedures, and Strategies 2009. The seminar will be held at the University of Chicago Gleacher Center located at 450 N. Cityfront Plaza Drive, Chicago from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
This program will focus on the latest case law, breaking developments and trends in federal litigation. A panel of federal judges and litigators will provide insights on the strategies and techniques they have found to be successful (or unsuccessful) in managing a complex federal litigation case.
The faculty includes Jerold S. Solovy, chairman emeritus, Jenner & Block LLP; Hon. Wayne R. Andersen, district judge; Hon Morton Denlow, magistrate judge; Hon. James F. Holderman, chief judge, all of the U.S. District Court of Northern Illinois; Christine M.
