On Thursday, November 13, The Louisiana State Bar Association will host a program titled Workers' Comp Solutions: A Practical Guide to Current Issues. The seminar will begin at 8 a.m. with registration and continue until 4:15 p.m. at the Sheraton Baton Rouge Convention Center Hotel, 102 France Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
From interpreting the latest legislation on Workers' Compensation, to judicial tips on winning a contested case, this program plans to provide attendees with a solid understanding of the issues in the field, including techniques and strategies for immediate use.
Faculty for the seminar will include the Honorable Diane R. Lundeen as the seminar chair, as well as Shannon Seiler, Dartez, Hurlbut, Privat & Monrose; Charles R. Davoli, Davoli, Sorrells & Krumbolt; the Honorable Roland L. Belsome, Jr., Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal in New Orleans; and Michael D. Morris, Louisiana Home Builders Association.
