The Practising Law Institute (PLI) is planning a CLE seminar titled Private Equity Acquisition Financing Summit.
The program will take place on Friday, January 18 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the PLI Conference Center, 810 7th Avenue, New York City.
At this program a faculty of experts in private equity acquisition finance will examine key concepts and strategies in serving the complex financing needs of portfolio companies of private equity firms through their entire life cycle. Attendees will learn the important details of financing commitments, including senior and bridge commitments, "stapled" papers and competitive submissions.
In addition, attendees will study the essentials of recent financing trends and developments, such as covenant "lite" facilities, second lien and crossing lien facilities, mezzanine financings and high-yield developments.
