PLI has planned a seminar titled The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 2009: Coping with Heightened Enforcement Risks for Friday, June 26, at the PLI California Center,685 Market Street in San Francisco.

General topics for the days' seminar are an FCPA overview and update; the ABCs of third parties - a perennial and expanding compliance challenge; managing FCPA risks in investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and consortia; and when prevention fails: internal investigations and disclosure issues.
