The Practising Law Institute is planning a CLE seminar titled What All Business Lawyers Must Know About Delaware Law Developments 2008. The program will take place on May 21, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the PLI Conference Center, 810 7th Avenue, New York City.
Attendees will learn the impact of recent opinions of the Delaware Supreme Court and Court of Chancery; current status of stock options practice; insights into the corporate plaintiffs' bar; and how to handle ethical issues arising in corporate transactions and litigation. Experts from the judiciary, leading law firms and corporations, institutional investors and academia will explore in depth the latest case law and trends and share their real-world experience, insights and practical advice on the issues of greatest concern to the corporate/securities legal community.
