PLI Schedules MCLE Marathon For California Lawyers

PLI has scheduled a fast-paced program titled MCLE Marathon 2008: Latest Issues in Legal Ethics - Substance Abuse - Elimination of Bias in the Profession for Monday, December 8, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the PLI Center in San Francisco.

In this seminar PLIwill provide CLE credits in all the California required subjects - four hours of legal ethics, one hour of prevention, detection, and treatment of substance abuse, and one hour of elimination of bias, all in one day.

The program can also be accessed via simultaneous live webcast for credit, or PLI can arrange a group viewing at your office.

Specific topics include lawyer mobility and non-consensual screening in California; managing the lawyer's current duties in representing the organization as client; recent developments on the law governing lawyers; prevention, detection and treatment of substance abuse; and emerging issues in managing diversity.
