Immigration & Naturalization is the topic for this Practicing Law Institute two-day seminar to be presented on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 13 and 14.
The program will be held at the PLI's New York Center at 810 Seventh Avenue, New York.
Tuesday's program will run from 9:00 a.m. through 5:15 p.m., and Wednesday's program begins at 9:00 a.m. and adjourns at 4:30 p.m.
This year's institute will offer a comprehensive look at immigration from several perspectives, such as the policies of the Obama administration, the Department of Labor's view of PERM (Program Electronic Review Management), and the impact of this year's events. Employers and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security will also provide useful information on the current state of immigration and naturalization issues.
