PLI Examines Patent Litigation In Georgia Seminar

On Monday and Tuesday, November 9 and 10, The Practising Law Institute will offer insights into the latest trends in patent litigation. The schedule for the two-day program is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both days.

This years' conference is located at the AMA Executive Center, 1170 Peachtree Street in Atlanta, Georgia.

Attendees will review the changes in patent law beginning with a session focusing on the impact of new case law, including recent Supreme Court and Federal Court decisions. Other sessions will focus on managing litigation and controlling costs from an in-house and outside counsel perspective; discovery issues; ethical issues in patent litigation; In re Bilski: the current status of patentability explained; and the rapid development of permanent injunction jurisprudence over the last year.
