The Pennsylvania Bar Institute presents Privacy and Security Law 2010: The Top Ten Issues. The program will be held on Monday, July 12, at PBI's CLE Conference Center at the Wanamaker Building in Philadelphia. The seminar will start at 9:00 a.m. and end at 12:15 p.m.
Privacy and security challenges pose a threat to everyone. Scared stiff, shocking, evil and outrageous are a few of the expressions used by individuals, parents, employees, chief privacy officers, chief security officers and others when faced with privacy and security breaches and other bad circumstances. Attendees will learn that whether it is a loss of money, loss of revenue to the company, litigation, embarrassment, or other injury, privacy and security issues are perplexing for all and need to be tackled. This session will be led by well-known Internet law practitioner Dorothy Bollinger of the Bollinger Law firm. She will guide participants through the legal aspects of the top ten privacy and securities issues in 2010.
