On Monday, August 30, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute will present a program looking at the hot topic of Officer and Director Liability at the Keystone Building Conference Center at 104 West High Street in Milford, Pennsylvania.
It begins at 9:00 a.m. and lunch follows at 12:30 p.m.
In an era of stricter regulations and oversight of corporations, this seminar will examine the fiduciary duties of officers and directors. An expert panel will go over the fundamental duties owed and how these duties become relevant in litigation.
The panelists include Rudolf J. DiMassa ,Jr., of Duane Morris, LLP; Chief Judge Kevin J. Carey of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware; and Hon. Christine A. Ward of the Center for Commerce and Complex Litigation, Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.
