On Thursday, May 6 this seminar will be simulcast live to two locations in Pennsylvania and one location in Ohio. Delaware law plays a critical role in U.S. corporate and securities law, particularly in today's challenging and changing business environment. Attendees will learn about important Delaware corporate law changes over the past year and the practical impact these changes have had on corporate legal practice. Participants will hear from Delaware corporate law experts, the Delaware judiciary, and academics, who will examine the latest case law and share insights on issues of concern to the corporate securities legal community.
