The Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) will present a CLE seminar titled Basic Wage & Hour Law: Getting Paid in Pennsylvania in two locations.
The program will take place on Wednesday, January 23 at the Pittsburgh Marriott City Center, 112 Washington Avenue, Pittsburgh, and on Tuesday, January 29 at the Montgomery County Bar Association, 100 West Airy Street, Norristown, PA. Sessions run from 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
This basic level course is designed to help attorneys master the fundamentals of wage and hour law in Pennsylvania. With the focus on practical day-to-day questions that arise in the workplace, the session will help attendees understand how the law operates and what the responsibilities of employers are.
