On Tuesday, January 26 join The PBI at their latest program examining the first year of the Obama administration.The event will begin at noon and end at 2:00 p.m. and will be presented live at the PBI CLE Conference Center, Wanamaker Bldg., Philadelphia, PA and also via live simulcast at the PBI Professional Development Center, 339 Sixth Ave, Pittsburgh, PA.
Attendees will hear from a dynamic panel of politically savvy lawyers, journalists and academics and gain insights into the important accomplishments and difficulties of the first year of the Obama administration.
Topics will include changes in America's image around the world under the Obama administration, a discussion of the appointment of Justice Sonya Sotamayor and the new makeup of the court, the economic stimulus package and the fallout, progress on the war on terror in Iraq and Afghanistan and the national healthcare debate.
