The Pennsylvania Bar Institute will review the changing environment affecting E-Discovery three years after these federal regulations were implemented.
The program will be held Tuesday, December 8, from 9:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. at the CLE Conference Center located in the Wanamaker Building in Central Philadelphia.
This program will cover the current and future discovery rules and their effect on e-discovery, teach techniques technologists employ to find electronic information, and discuss the various types of information available for discovery and the formats in which to obtain electronic evidence.
The presenters are Sharon D. Nelson, Sensei Enterprises, Inc. and David G. Ries of Thorp Reed & Armstrong.
