On Wednesday, June 3, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute will join with The Practising Law Institute to present a program titled Hot Issues in Executive Compensation 2009. Attendees in Pennsylvania will view the program live via simulcast at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's Professional Development Conference Center, Heinz 57 Center, 339 Sixth Avenue, Pittsburgh. The seminar will begin at 9:00 a.m. and conclude at 5 p.m.
As the economy shifts and legislature and shareholders respond, the design and implementation of executive compensation undergoes continual change. This program intends to lead participants through the emerging best practices and the current reactions to the changing landscape.
Faculty for the program will be led by Linda E. Rappaport, Shearman & Sterling LLP and Mark R. Trevino, Sullivan and Cromwell LLP. Also featured will be C.
