The Pennsylvania Bar Institute will present its 14th Annual Employment Law Institute.
The event will take place on Thursday and Friday, April 17 and 18 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, 12th & Arch streets, Philadelphia.
The conference is designed to help participants: understand the strategy and psychology behind a discrimination case; de alerted to the blurred lines between an independent contractor and an employee - and to the significant consequences of improper classification; examine the risks and legal boundaries of hiring in the age of the Internet; ways to avoid the myriad pitfalls that surround mass layoffs, and understand the legal issues surroundingblogging in the workplace.
