Join the Pennsylvania Bar Institute for a two-day conference examining evolving Health Law practice on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 15 and 16, at the PBI Conference Center, the Wanamaker Building in Central Philadelphia.
The conference runs from 8:30 a.m. until 4:35 p.m. both days.
A highlighted segment includes a year in review led by Julie Barnes, director of health policy at the Bipartisan Policy Center, who will offer insights into the regulation of health insurance in the wake of health care reform. Another featured session will be presented by James G. Sheehan, New York State Medicaid Inspector, who will share his experiences and insights about the latest developments used in data mining in health care compliance and regulation.
Other featured speakers are John Harris, principal, DGA Partners; Mark Mattioli, Post & Schell, P.C.; Thomas Tammany, Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC; and Christine S. Dutton, chief counsel, Pennsylvania Department of Health.
