The New York State Bar Association's Committee on Professional Ethics will sponsor a program on Ethics and Professionalism on Tuesday, June 10 at the Hotel Pennsylvania, 401 Seventh Avenue, New York City.The time will be announced.
The program chair will be Joseph E. Neuhaus, Sullivan & Cromwell LLP.
In addition to an update of recent developments, the program will address a wide array of real legal ethical problems drawn from among the most important formal opinions, presented in hypothetical format, intended to provide its audience with practical ethical and professional guidance. The program is divided into two parts, the first will cover recent cases, opinions and trends, the second, titled Navigating through the Minefield: How to Avoid and Deal with Real Ethical Problems, will cover competence, confidentiality, communication and conflicts.
