The New York State Bar Association presents on Thursday, February 25, a primer outlining the Best Practices in Legal Management.
The seminar is located at the Roosevelt Hotel on Madison Avenue at 45th Street, New York, NY. The daylong program will begin at 9:00 a.m. and adjourn at 5:30 p.m.
Attendees will get a behind-the-scenes glimpse of what really happens in legal management and will be shown how to manage smarter - not harder. Topics that will be covered include strategic planning, financial management, operations management, technology and systems management and planning and design. As a bonus, all attendees will receive the newly published Best Practices in Legal Management - A Comprehensive Guide (2010) and a USB flash drive or CD with numerous templates and forms.
The program will be moderated by Gary Munneke, professor, Pace University School of Law. The speakers include Barry Jackson, Davis & Gilbert LLP; Kenneth Knott, Proskauer Rose LLP; and Dean Silverberg, Epstein Becker Green.
