On Tuesday, April 5, the New York County Lawyer's Association will host a seminar looking at Ethical Issues in Immigration Practice. It will be located at NYCLA's 14 Vesey Street Center in New York City and begins at 6 p.m. and ends at 9:00 p.m.
This seminar will cover the ethical pitfalls involved in the growing and evolving field of immigration practice. The faculty includes Lindsay A. Curcio, co-director, Safe Passage Immigration Project, New York Law School. He and others will cover the most recent developments in state and federal immigration regulations and statutes.
