The new Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) program has caused environmental consulting firms to re-evaluate their risk exposure by revising their contracts with clients and revisiting liability insurance coverage. Attendees will learn how to protect their company from unnecessary liability exposure.

The speakers will cover topics including balancing risks, responsibilities and obligations of the LSPR, keeping key employees by using employment agreements and noncompete clauses, protecting your assets and limiting personal liability via the corporate structure and effective risk management.
