Court-approved arbitrators are required to complete two hours of training every two years. This advanced-level program will fulfill the CLE requirement pursuant to Court Rule 1:40-12(c). It will go beyond the basics to explore proven strategies and advanced techniques that can be used effectively to arbitrate cases.
