On Friday, April 24, The New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education will host the 2009 Business Law Symposium. The annual conference will take place beginning at 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Woodbridge Hotel and Conference Center, Iselin, New Jersey.
The program will feature a panel of leading New Jersey practitioners to present a comprehensive and practical analysis of handling a corporate transaction. An interactive presentation and discussion of key concerns practitioners encounter in every corporate transaction will combine with an exploration of the intricacies of specific types of purchase and sales agreements.
Faculty will be coordinated by Gianfranco Petrafesa, Herten, Burstein, Sheridan, Cevasco, Bottinelli, Litt & Harz, LLC and Richard A. Walsh, WolfBlock.
