The New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) and the New Jersey Corporate Counsel Association (NJCCA) have scheduled their 2008 Corporate Counsel Institute for Wednesday, January 23.
The conference will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center, Ryders Lane Exit off Route One, New Brunswick, NJ.
The institute is designed to help attorneys prepare themselves to handle issues arising from outsourcing, SEC proxy disclosure, life in the online digital world, CEO compensation, FMLA and other labor and employment questions, and licensing and multijurisdictional practice.
Discussions will cover corporate governance, antitrust, safe surfing and Data Breaches, international and domestic outsourcing, labor and employment, and ethics.
