New York Technology Councils CFO Council, a non-profitassociation dedicated to furthering the tech industry, is dedicated toinforming financial executives of technology companies about the criticalbusiness, accounting and tax issues they face.
This first meeting of the CFO Council will take place onThursday, March 25, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. at Cresca Partners, 100 Park Avenue, 24th floor, New York, NY 10017.
Under discussion will be the subject of where to findalternative capital sources in todays difficult environment. One of thespeakers will be a former CEO of a successful software company who launched hisfirm with $75,000 of friends and familys financing and later sold it to apublic company, retaining an equity stake and with no outstanding loans.
Moderator of the meeting is Michael Lopez, Partner of Amper,Politziner & Mattia, LLP.
