The New York County Lawyers' Association (NYCLA) will present a video replay of a CLE seminar titled Copyright Law and Practice for the General Practitioner.
The program will take place on Monday, January 28 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the NYCLA Home of Law, 14 Vesey Street, New York City.
Attendees will learn from experienced litigators about the fundamentals of copyright law and practice, including the basics of copyright law, infringement, copyright transfer, applying copyright principles in practice, copyright litigation, and licensing and transactions.
Speakers will be Raymond Dowd, Dunnington, Barthlow & Miller, LLP, and Joseph Peterson, Kilpatrick Stockton LLP.
