The New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education will hold its annual Summer CLE Fest at Bally's Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
This year the CLE fest will be held on Friday, August 20 and will begin at 9:30 a.m. and end at 4:30 p.m.
There are eight featured programs this year including a networking luncheon from noon until 2:00 p.m.
The topics for the morning sessions are Effective Civil Motion Practice; What Every Attorney Should Know about Pendente Lite Applications; Representing Seniors: Bewitched Bothered and Bewildered; and What Every Lawyer Needs to Know about Immigration.
The networking luncheon will feature a Mini Expo showcasing innovative legal products and services. The afternoon programs are Casino Law 2010: Game On; Jurisdiction in Divorce and Custody; Effectively Taking and Using Videotaped Depositions; and Advanced Estate Administration.
Attendees can choose two segments for fulfillment of up to 5 CLE credit hours.
