On Friday, August 27, the State Bar of Arizona will describe the new e-filing requirements in a seminar titled How Do I File a Court Pleading Electronically? The live event will run from 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at the Daniel J. McAuliffe CLE Center in Phoenix.
Attendees will watch a step-by-step demonstration of electronic filing and discuss the new e-filing rules. They will learn to file a court pleading electronically and review the equipment needed for e-filing and e-practice and what it will cost; how to access full-text electronic versions of filed pleadings, exhibits and orders; how to conduct paperless trials and the advantages of them; how to file non-computer-generated documents, such as handwritten exhibits and photographs; how e-filing and e-practices will save time and money.
